4) Consult on staging the home and preparing it for viewings. With many years of design experience I would be able to assist in this area to have your home appeal to a greater market of potential buyers.
5) Discuss any issues you may have or concerns of open houses, marketing your property, frustrations you may have endured in the past with other real estate professionals and any issues that may arise throughout the process.
6) Updates will be given in a timely and orderly fashion. I like to keep all my clients informed on the progress and discuss any alternative plans that may be required within our first marketing plan.
7) A transparent and open discussion on any offers received and what the steps are to revoke or accept such offers.
8) Review any conditions and modify to accept willingly without pressure.
9) Upon closing its critical to keep the open lines of communication to insure the closing is executed accordingly.
